I moved to the Sandhills in 2010 from Japan. Angie started helping me and my family of four, six months before we left Japan. She made multiple lists of houses for us to look at prior to our arrival. Angie even lined up a temporary condo for us to rent while we searched for our home. She toughed it out with us for over a month and we looked at well over 50 properties.
Because of my work schedule she showed us homes after normal business hours and on Saturdays and Sundays. It took some time, but once we found the house we wanted she pushed the seller’s agent until I got the price I asked for.
Needless to say, I was pretty demanding. You don’t meet too many people that will tolerate others as well as she tolerated me. She is an expert in her field, thoughtful and thorough. She seems to know everyone around town and everything about the local area.
I trust her advice and consider her a friend. She knows firsthand what it means to dedicate your life to the military, so if you serve your country, she has a special place in her heart just for you.
